Eazzy2: Revolutionizing Bicycle Transportation

The Eazzy2 bike carrier is a strengthened and improved version of the existing tow style mounting rack. It is designed with a focus on user-oriented and ergonomic design. It features a quick snap-on system and rapid folding, leaning, and fastening functions. These features allow users to safely and conveniently mount bicycles on cars for transportation to their desired destinations.

What sets Eazzy2 apart is its lightweight design achieved through material innovation. The product structure optimizes the performance and quality of the mounting rack while achieving sustainable objectives. It can be used to load bicycles of various styles and dimensions, and can accommodate two bicycles at a time. The patented Rapid Snap Tow Ball System allows users to secure and fasten the rack quickly and easily.

The Eazzy2 bike carrier is made primarily of steel and plastic. The steel tube trimming was done off-site using powder coating techniques to eradicate hazardous powder dust during the coating process. The coating layer is solidified in a high-temperature oven with low power consumption, without producing pollution. This sustainable approach to manufacturing is a testament to the designers' commitment to environmentally friendly design.

The design of Eazzy2 was completed in September 2018 in Taichung City, Taiwan. It was a result of extensive research into the convenience and stability of rack installation. The design features robotic arm welding to increase rigidity and decrease vibration and noise during transportation. It also includes a leaning design to allow users to open the back boot without dismounting the rack, an embedded handle design for easy rack installation, and a U shape Guide Rail for easy loading and dismounting of bicycles.

The Eazzy2 bike carrier has been recognized for its innovative design and functionality. It was awarded Silver in the A' Sporting Goods, Fitness and Recreation Equipment Design Award in 2020. This prestigious award is given to top-of-the-line, creative, and professionally remarkable designs that demonstrate outstanding expertise and innovation.
